ORDERS
All orders are placed within the store pages and are emailed directly to me. Once I have received your order, I will contact you to make sure I have all of the needed information to make your product the absolute best. After we have come to a conclusion on how you would like your product, I will send you an invoice through PayPal to collect payment for your order. Once I have received your payment I will begin designing and working on your order. Completion of a product depends on size of order and volume of orders that have come in. I will give you an estimated completion date but will keep in touch with you if it takes longer than expected.
SHIPPING & GIFT WRAP
I do offer both shipping and gift wrap at an additional cost. Shipping must be national, however, as I do not currently ship internationally. Please see below for pricing information.

RETURN POLICY
All designs are returnable at the customer's expense if they are unhappy with the design. Should a product become damaged in any way during shipping or delivery, product may be shipped back at the cost of Precious Stitches for repair or remake.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All designs can be washed on delicate or hand wash cycle in cold water.
Dry all designs on the lowest setting of your dryer or hang to dry.
